Whether we like it or not, we\\u2019ll come face-to-face with instances where our emotional reactions are critiqued by others. Sometimes we\\u2019ll be told we\\u2019re \\u201ctoo sensitive,\\u201d or that we shouldn\\u2019t feel mad or upset over something. We can use affirmations to practice standing up for ourselves. Expressing your emotions is healthy and normal, and it\\u2019s important to remember we express them in different ways.
