Taking responsibility for our feelings, and the reactions that come with them, is an important skill to practice. It is especially important for having healthy relationships, or when we\\u2019re in a situation that makes us experience big feelings, like anger or sadness. It\\u2019s okay if we don\\u2019t react in the best way. We can use that interaction as a lesson to do better next time. We can remember to take time to reflect and regulate our emotions before reacting.
