Mary Njenga, a bioenergy research scientist at World Agroforestry (ICRAF) and Ruth Mendum, associate director for gender initiatives and an assistant professor of research at Pennsylvania State University share their ongoing work to address energy and food security issues in refugee settings in Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia.
