A family practitioner in Springdale is frustrated because he wants to use Spartan Rapid Covid testing devices at his clinics across Newfoundland, but they've been delayed in arriving, without an explanation. And nearly two months past the "official" start of winter, the south coast of Newfoundland may finally be getting some snow.
