From tent cities in St. John's to waiting lists in Corner Brook, signs of the housing crisis are all around us.\tWhen the provincial government attempted to address the shortage of health care workers by bringing in locum doctors and travel nurses, it added to the problem. The province's health authority is paying top dollar for rentals to house temporary staff. Meanwhile, families and people on low incomes say they are being priced out of the market.
