We've been hearing a lot about the shortage of affordable housing in this province and across the country. Last week, CBC Newfoundland Morning brought you a story about the Town of Gander's plan to rezone some of its green spaces for residential housing. Some residents of the town are opposed to the idea, because they say the green space is needed for recreation and play. He spoke to the CBC's Troy Turner.
