The paper mill in Corner Brook is now on the third day of a week-long shutdown. That's put about 300 people off the job. Kruger said last Wednesday that the shutdown is because of the "difficult business environment in the newsprint sector." The company, which owns Corner Brook Pulp and Paper, says there could be more shutdowns in the coming weeks.
