A lack of rain, combined with low humidity, is increasing the fire danger across the Carolinas.\\n\\nMost of North Carolina is experiencing dry and drought-like conditions. As the Poplar Drive Fire in Henderson County continues to burn, thirty counts in NC have a burn ban against outdoor fires.
