Jamie Morrow, a meteorlogist with NWS-Raleigh, will be joining us to discuss some new trainings that broadcast meterologist get to participate in. We will talk about the NWS AWIPS Event Simulator amd experince what the National Weather Service does before issuing warnings.\\xa0Jamie is a graduate of the Virginia Tech Meteorlogy program, interned at WDBJ in Ronaoke, VA. He worked at the National Weather Service office in Blacksburg, VA and has just recently moved to the National Weather Service in Raleigh.
