This week sees the return of the annual "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work" Day, and Car Con Carne is a proud participant! For this special edition, I took my daughter and son to the Grayslake location of Dog\'n Suds, the well-known drive-in chain. Over footlong hot dogs and root beer, we talk about pressing concerns like: Nap habits Favorite snacks and meals Favorite subjects in school "Snack" hot dogs The "ceremonial" aspect of serving vegetables for dinner The children\'s general interest in becoming broadcasters (spoiler warning: OUCH.)
