Cape Breton's tourism industry is facing the second season in a row with no cruise ship traffic. In Part 1, Mitch Carabin, operations manager for Carabin's and Transoverland, says their business of motor coach, bus charters and rentals is down to virtually NOTHING, since the pandemic.
