Ronald finds himself acting as a bison-whisperer after a head on collision brings him face to face with a wooly behemoth. After taming his new bison buddy he takes him for a ride across the plaines until he ends up on the set of a children's television show in Omaha, Nebraska. There he meets Simon Elderweather, a beloved Omaha entertainer whose methods are a bit unorthodox.
