Robert came to this venture because after a twenty one year career in investment banking and financial services, he wanted to be in a fun, growing business that he operated. Alisa Gould-Simon & Rachel Rutherford, Founder and Co-CEO of Pose / Rachel : Co-CEO of Pose

Alisa Gould-Simon is the co-founder and co-ceo of Pose. She began her career in New York, pursuing her love of writing and editing while still in school working for various news outlets in the city. She has contributed to publications such as New York Magazine, Style.com, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Guardian, among others. After moving to the Los Angeles in 2009, she launched The Rackit, a consulting firm for fashion brands specializing in content and digital strategy. Her idea for Pose grew out of a growing awareness of the burgeoning mobile landscape in 2010, as well as the need for digital devices to better power and engage with consumer\'s shopping habits offline. Alisa oversees the marketing team, business development and spearheads growing Pose\'s 10,000-strong fashion blogger community.

Rachel Rutherford is the co-ceo of Pose. She began her career in film, producing film festivals and working for powerhouse entertainment companies such as WME, CAA and MRC. Attracted by the changing digital media landscape, Rachel joined Whalerock Industries (formerly BermanBraun) to launch and run product development for MSN\\u2019s Glo. While at Whalerock, Rachel pitched and developed several digital properties for MSN, AOL, and P&G. Rachel joined the Pose team in 2011, where she runs the product and design team and is instrumental in growing Pose\\u2019s user base and business. She cares most about creating great consumer experiences and bringing entertainment to the screen we now use most: our phone. Rachel grew up in Sarasota, Florida and has a Bachelor\\u2019s degree in Theater and Cinema Studies from Oberlin College'
