William Binney Biography:
William Edward Binney\\xa0is a former highly placed intelligence official with the United States\\xa0National Security Agency\\xa0(NSA) turned\\xa0whistleblower\\xa0who resigned on October 31, 2001, after more than 30 years with the agency. He was a high-profile critic of his former employers during the\\xa0George W. Bush\\xa0administration.
Binney continues to speak out during\\xa0Barak Obama\'s\\xa0presidency about the NSA\'s data collection policies, and continues to give interviews in the media regarding his experiences and his views on interception of communication of American citizens by governmental agencies. In a legal case, Binney has testified in an\\xa0affidavit\\xa0that the NSA is in deliberate violation of the\\xa0U.S. Constitution.\\xa0
