If you live a goal-orientated lifestyle, you will experience what i would call the rollercoaster effect. And most people hate being on the rollercoaster but don't know how to get off. When you're motivated to do things, you slam them out. You are unstoppable, and this time varies for some, from a day to a couple months. You will have an exciting couple of months of productivity, and then without any notice, you are on the downswing you let things slip. Life gets to Quote Busy end quote. Life seems to just take hold, and for some reason, you can no longer take care of yourself, your shit list, or the mundane tasks that keep your house organized and effective. Everything falls apart. And you live like this for an extended period until something happens. You may get a spark of inspiration to clean your house. You just decide that you're gonna do more than you did yesterday. Or for some, and maybe for most, your now years down, that life is getting too busy, and you have left yourself way worse off than you had ever imagined. So what's next for you, and why does it seem like every time you think you have discovered some momentum in your life, it all comes crashing down?

It's because we have been conditioned for goals, not values. Since you were in school, the goal was to finish your homework. Your goal was to get a passing grade. Your goal was to finish the year and pass. the goal was to court a partner and be in a relationship. the goal was to get a car, a house, and a family. There has always been a goal. For some, it has been effective and has served them very well. But for others that end up on the rollercoaster, I wanted to show you that there is another way to orient your life and direction to help you achieve things more effectively and on time.
