Episode 83 Wampanoag Wonders

Published: Nov. 16, 2020, 6 a.m.

b'It\\u2019s that time of year! We are celebrating Thanksgiving by telling tales of the Wampanoag-the Indigenous tribe whom we can attribute Thanksgiving to. First, Cody talks about Moshop the Giant, a deity who created the northeast, some of it with his butt. Then, Chris shares a story from the Mashpee about a sailor with creepy transparent legs. Next, Cody tells of the Wampanoag boogey man known as Hobomock. Finally, Chris talks about Hockomock Swamp, a place full of sooo many freaky paranormal happenings. Drinks this week are Grasshoppers and Cranberry Pomegranate Fizz.
