Fear can control us. Fear is not needed; we must start embracing the unknown as much as the known and flow through life. In this state of mind, we are free, present, and aware. We have more control over our lives than before when we choose against fear. Worrying is just an illusion of control that we have adopted. Let go of it. It is not serving you or me in a positive way.
