(\u2026) Do not sacrifice happiness for potential. Everyone must do the work first individually and then come together. We can all lean on each other, but we cannot depend on each other to the point of expecting the work to be easy and for the rest to pick up the slack. It does not work that way.

There are a lot of things we expect people to do because we may believe that it is implicit that they know better or know the same information we do. They do not. State the fact, speak the truth and act accordingly. The message we are sending overall when we fail to align ourselves completely is that we cannot be taken seriously.

Remember that actions speak louder than words.
