In reality, I\\u2019ve found this is rarely the case and more often than not, the people on the other side of the table are hiring people they know through workshops, classes, and other long term relationships.

I also know that money can be a sensitive subject for dancers and the thought of spending more money on training and experiences after you graduate is hard for dancers to grasp.
