In order to aid in healing and your personal growth, she provides guidance utilizing both a top down (Cognitive) and bottom up (Somatic) approach. Approaches in treatment that I utilize include DBT, CPT, Seeking Safety, ACT, mindfulness, meditation, breath work, and healing touch/energy balancing techniques. I utilize modalities that incorporate the mind, body, and soul. It is her belief that radical transformation occurs by tending to the needs of the mind in the ways we think, the body in the ways we release physical tensions as a result of trauma, and the soul in the way we connect to self/others/and higher purpose.
