It\'s a pleasure to present my first farm-themed episode of "Blabbin\' In the Bluegrass"! You certainly won\'t take for granted the meat you eat, or the hard-working people providing it, after listening to special guest Niki Ellis, Executive Director of the Kentucky Pork Producers Association. They recently held their annual conference in Bowling Green, and Niki will tell us about the splendid speakers they were blessed to hear from. She\'ll also detail the noteworthy perks of KPPA membership, and the process by which one can join. Finally, Niki will give us an overview of the plentiful career options available throughout Kentucky within the pork industry.
