Construction 4.0: Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
This episode presents Dr. Javier Irizarry an Associate Professor in the School of Building Construction at the Georgia Institute of Technology. A pioneer in Unmanned Aerial System (or drone technology) applications in the built environment and co-author of the book titled Construction 4.0. In todays discussion he discusses the construction 4.0 framework and the future use of UAV’s under this new framework for the construction industry. Presently Javier is the Director of the CONECTech Lab which aims to establish the framework for developing next generation technology enhanced solutions for construction problems.
