Coach Hyland takes us through his journey as a student manager at Catholic University to his increased role with the program. Not only did he suit up and appear in a few games - including at Notre Dame, but he spent a total of seven years at Catholic including one year as an Assistant Coach and then two years as a a Graduate Assistant. He reminisces about his time in DC and how he got hired at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (D3) and shares how he's been able to increase the win total in each of his six years at the helm. Ryan was named the CUNYAC Coach of the Year and recently was named Under Armour NABC 30-Under-30, he's a rising star in the business who's doing BIG things in the Big Apple!
