Coach Kevon Davis shares his journey from JUCO player to D1 Assistant Coach. We talk about how we the NABC Coach's Convention in San Antonio during the Final Four in 2018 and talk about his playing and coaching career.\nHe's entering his 1st season on staff at Maryland Eastern Shore after spending the 2019-20 season at Indian Hills Community College. The team went 30-3 and were Region XI and District XI Champions and earned a number two seed in the NJCAA Tournament prior to COVID-19 cancelling the tournament.\n\nPrior to Indian Hills, he spent three seasons at California Poly as the Director of Player Development for his first two seasons before being elevated to an Assistant Coach prior to the 2018-19 season. Before Cal Poly, he was an AC at Casper College where he helped them go 47-18 during his two seasons. His first coaching position was at his alma mater [Harcum College]\xa0in 2010.
