Coach Caputo shares his coaching journey and gives great advice to aspiring coaches. He grew up in New York and went on to play D3 basketball at Westfield State before beginning his coaching career. Coach Caputo began his coaching career at George Mason University after graduating from Westfield State and served in a variety of roles under Jim Larra\xf1aga and would eventually move on to the University of Miami with Coach Larra\xf1aga. Him and Coach L have worked together for 19 years and have had great success. George Mason had a Final Four run in 2006 and tons of success while Coach Caputo was on staff, he's been recognized as one of the top Assistant Coaches in the nation by his peers and multiple media publications.
