Coach Little shares his journey of playing high school basketball in the Virginia Beach area and his recruitment prior to playing basketball and running track at Virginia State University. He played one year before enlisting in the military, Coach Little ended up serving in BOTH the Air Force and the Army. Coach Little also played professional basketball overseas in multiple countries as well as playing on the base teams. He became the Head Coach of the All-Army Team and had great success coaching as well as helping players with college eligibility when it came to getting recruited by college coaches. When he was stationed in Georgia he became an Assistant Coach at Columbus State University where he helped them from 2013-2017. During his time with the Cougars, the team won their first regular season title in over a decade in 2015, while also making three consecutive NCAA D-II tournament appearances. Coach opens up about having a child on the Autism Spectrum and how it's made him a better coach.
