I talk about the importance of witnessing your eating habits without judgment, feeling your feelings, and planning out what you\u2019re going to eat. I also discuss some of the emotional eating habits I\u2019ve observed in myself as I\u2019ve done this work and how I\u2019ve come to love and accept my body exactly as it is. Losing weight shouldn\u2019t be about trying to conform to some external standard of how your body should look. It should be a vehicle for leveling-up your relationship with yourself and your life.
