This is episode 20 of season 3 and we have the second and final installment of Summit storytelling! These stories were recorded at the Best Horse Practices Summit, the conference that I direct.\\xa0

Last week on the podcast, we featured Josh Nichol, Katrin Silva, and Nahshon Cook. Today, it\\u2019s Daniel Dauphin, Patrick King, and Amy Skinner.

Our storytelling sessions are roughly based on the following parameters: stories must be around 10 minutes or less. They must be true and told in first-person. They must not be a rant of any kind.

I think you will agree that these stories help us appreciate that even very successful horsemen and women, people who may be our role models and mentors, are still human, with their own paths and struggles, successes and failures. It\\u2019s nice to take a break from our typical podcast fodder, I think, and dive into the stuff that has shaped who these clinicians are at this point in their lives and careers and how they got there.
