BCG's Louisa Ferrier talks with Natalie Plant and Julie McClelland at the first BCG GAPP Womens meeting held in Birchip on 13 August 2015. They discuss their reasons for attending the first GAPP Womens meeting as a female in an agricultural business. The new-look discussion group was delivered in partnership with the State Government as part of the Growth, Adoption, Production and Profit (GAPP) initiative. It is designed specifically for young (and young at heart) women involved in, or contemplating getting involved in, agriculture.
