\\nJanuar Yap\'s short stories have won in the Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature and have appeared in various anthologies. He is currently a recipient of the National Commission for Culture And the Arts Writer\'s Grant. He teaches at the University of the Philippines Cebu.
