Co-Owner and Head Brewer Guillaume joined Cee and Nate to chat about craft beer in Eastern Quebec, how they went from a riverside beer bar and restaurant to a brewery with some of the best hazy IPAs in the province, how they satisfy the tourists, the locals and the beer nerds equally, why Peacharine is the biggest cheat code hop right now, how they\'ve connected with the beer scene outside of Quebec and collaborated, and how he\'s working to spread the brand. They got into four great beers - Dock 54 IPA, Yankee American IPA, Dock 53 IPA and Sierra Charlie Milk Stout. This was phenomenal - cheers!
