Chris hung out with Cee to chat about his storied craft beer history with Russian River, why he chose Charlotte to open his brewery, their\\xa0love for lagers and West Coast IPAs, what makes North Carolina beer so special, how they landed their reputation as a hype brewery and the lack of love for mixed fermentation beers.
