Sam is a mature age defender and plays for the Gold Coast Suns, he has played 40 games to date in his career over his time at Fremantle and now Gold Coast, he is a member of the club's leadership group and was recognised for his great season 2020 taking out the Gold Coast Suns Best and Fairest award. We chat about his stellar 2020 season incluing battle with Tom Lynch, how different this year has been from a player's perspective as well as his time at Freo and speak about some of his most memorable moments and toughest forwards he has played on.
