Nick Edgar is a highly sensitive guy, former academy professional footballer at Reading FC, represented England U18 Schoolboys and played semi professionally for Stevenage Borough before leaving the game at only 19 he was unable to control his emotions and began to numb out to cope. 

Eventually he sought support and finally began his journey to self express authentically via writing. Many years later having worked with therapists, coaches and developed a growth mindset as a way of being, I'm a Transformational NLP Coach and Hypnotherapist.
