\n\nKirk Beck is an educator for over 40 years and has dreamed of the day when he can \u201cteach things that really matter.\u201d His love for kids and mathematics led him to leave his work as an engineer with Shell Oil Company to devote his life to reaching kids with compassion and truth.\n \nKirk has been an editorialist for a Gannett newspaper and served in the U.S. Army attaining the rank of Capt. Known by many as \u201cthe real Capt. Kirk\u201d, he has dedicated his life to his Christian faith, his family and the search for the truth regarding America\u2019s Constitutional common law roots.\n \nHis understanding of the \u201cPower of Paper\u201d has led to the usage of affidavits in many areas. Frederic Bastiat wrote in \u201cThe Law\u201d that if the law can be kept to its proper boundaries, it makes no difference who is elected. It is the affidavit process that has led to his numerous successes in defending his own personal liberty from government encroachments.\n \nHe is the author of \u201cParenting the Passive Rebel\u201d and is in the process of publishing his second book: \u201cOfficer Hanson, Compassion in Blue.\u201d It is this book that Kirk attempts to entertain, educate and elevate the souls of the readers to make the commitment of sacrifice for a more compassionate method for handling potentially violent situations.
