Biography

In October 1999, Pam’s life as a financial advisor was torn apart when she was critically injured in the Paddington Rail Crash. Pam’s injuries were so severe that she wasn’t expected to pull through. Not only did she pull through, she became the public face of the disaster – ‘the lady in the mask’.

Pam’s experience both in the city and leading a successful national campaign for rail safety gives her a unique perspective on life and business challenges and how to master them.
The only difference between the audience and myself is the severe physical and emotional trauma that I have had to overcome after the train crash. Weaving these experience’s into my talks allows people to see the problems they are coming up against at work and at home as completely manageable.
