Today on Autism Live: Dr. Adel Najdowski explains how an Establishing Operation (EO) can help to make reinforcers more powerful.\xa0 Shannon and Dr. Najdowski discuss challenging behavior and what to do when you find yourself just accepting challenging behavior as your \u201cnew normal\u201d.\xa0 Dr. Dorthea Lerman talks about training teachers to be more effective in the classroom and giving them tools to work with students on the spectrum.\xa0 Dr. Lerman\u2019s program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake not only trains teachers, it gives the skills to go back to their home schools and train other teachers.\xa0 Dr. Lerman, an expert in extreme challenging behavior, talks about some of the issues that make treating challenging behavior difficult.
