Record real estate prices, a result of out of control migration and foreign investment. The state\xa0Labour Party went to the election promising to 'fix' ambulance ramping, it seems the federal AND state Labour parties are very good at breaking promises and getting away with it. Taxes on Petrol, diesel and tobacco to increase, that is inflationary.
