China, they really are something else, they still believe they should be regarded as a developing country, thanks to the Lima declaration the West has created a powerful, aggressive, belligerent potential enemy and as the saying goes, you can't unscramble an egg. The damage has well and truly been done and there may well be a price to pay by the West.
