Karen Leffler, 'A woman with a Can Do Attitude and the heart of a Servant Leader.'\xa0 She found her voice at the age of 47 after a life of isolated careers (cancer research, fabric buyer, quilter) and a terrifying fear of public speaking.

Losing her confidence and her voice at the age of 10, it wasn't until HER youngest son at age 10 used his voice to take on City Hall and make a difference in his community, she began the journey of regaining her voice.\xa0 He became her inspiration to overcome her fear because she knew in her heart that 'If I can overcome that fear I can do anything".\xa0 She joined Toastmasters in 1995 and remains a member today. It changed her world and the world of many!

Karen entered the world of direct sales in womens' fashions where she mentored and trained hundreds of women, speaking at national conferences and empowering others. She began using her voice to make a difference in community, helping wardrobe over 800 teachers after Katrina, raising $322,000 for a non-profit to prevent homelessness, and recently acting as an Ambassador for a food rescue program called WhitePonyExpress.org.\xa0 Covid 19 brought a new opportunities to make and donate over 850 fabric masks to healthcare workers and recently as a stylist for Color Street nail strips helping women once again be successful in direct sales!\xa0
