Tom Varano, musician and band leader, speaking about The Glass Prism, a prominent band from northeastern PA with music inspired by the 19th century writer Edgar Allan Poe. A documentary about the band, "On Joy and Sorrow: The Glass Prism Story" will be broadcast on Public Television station WVIA on Thursday, July 7 at 8 pm, followed by "Glass Prism Live" featuring the band's big reunion concert in Scranton.
