Diana Collins, Founder & Coordinator of the WVIA Page Turners Book Club, speaking about the current selection, "The Sun Also Rises" by Ernest Hemingway, in connection with the new PBS documentary, "Hemingway" the film by Ken Burns and Lynn Novick. The 3-part series will have its premiere on April 5, 2021, on WVIA-TV at 8:00 pm. There will be a virtual book discussion of "The Sun Also Rises" on April 14 at 7:00 pm, and the public is invited at no charge. The movie "A Farewell to Arms" will be screened at the Dietrich Theater in Tunkhannock on March 31 at 7:00 pm without charge, and WVIA will present a half-hour preview of the Hemingway documentary. www.wvia.org/pageturners; www.dietrichtheater.com
