Recorded this - also as a youtube video- last week after I had spent the entire day waiting at the clinic to get tested for the coronavirus. It felt so surreal, like I was in the middle of some kind of futuristic sci fi movie...but I was reminded of some important things in the process that I want to share with you...namely, our joy, our connection to love, our thriving, does NOT depend on our circumstances.
