On this week's episode of Artist Friendly, Joel Madden is joined by G Flip.\nG Flip recently wrapped a lengthy run across North America and the U.K. in support of their latest album,\xa0Drummer, including a stop at the final day of Governors Ball in NYC.\nThe appropriately titled album, which came out last summer, is a love letter to the instrument that made them fall in love with music \u2014 while also serving as a tribute to their late drum teacher, Jenny Rose Morrish.\n\u201cShe was very integral to my life,\u201d they told\xa0Rolling Stone\xa0in 2023. \u201cI honestly think if I didn\u2019t have her in my life, I wouldn\u2019t be sitting here with you.
