Searching for Prana

If you are feeling dull, funky, bad, depressed, anxious, angry, or anything other than awesome, you are lacking PRANA. Prana is the sanskrit word for "life force" and is our natural inherent vitality. When we have illness of any kind, when our elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) are significantly imbalanced, we will experience a difficulty in accessing our Prana. Life force, also synonymous with "breath", is in all of us if we are alive.
