We can boil our emotions down to four basic seeds: happiness, sadness, fear & anger. When we can learn to identify what state we are in, and how to move out through the denser energies, they will not get stuck in our bodies creating illness and more pain. Learning to recognize, name and process our emotions is vital for our health and wellbeing.
