Today...I needed to go light. My chosen topic for today, Astrology, is a big topic, and my first attempt at recording cut me off long before I realized what had happened! So, I decided to scrap the plan and just share a cute little song I found on youtube about the planets. You can find it here. 

Sadly enough, this cute video oversimplifies things to the tune of leaving out important information ...namely that we have other small planets (like Pluto, Ceres and Chiron) that still do not get a seat at the table. Interestingly, the themes of these planets are also largely left out of our culture:

Pluto: signifying issues of death, power, sex, transformation

Ceres: the fertility planet

Chiron: the wounded healer

We have largely erased these narratives from the mainstream as they are too powerful, too wild, too untamable.
