Everybody Hurts

Published: Sept. 23, 2021, 7:42 p.m.

I have been thinking a lot about our collective struggles...especially since Covid, the year where we all got to experience a trauma together. Since our "bounce back" from this time, I have been noticing that when our attention continues to be on our individual health (although yes, we must focus there as well) we continue to suffer. It is a big topic, how much do we give and how much must we self-preserve? The truth is, it can be solved through our ATTITUDE. Can we be kind? Can we acknowledge that we all suffer, and have low points and insecurities? This seems like a good step toward moving toward collective health, that we have each other's best interest in mind and do so with compassion. So, this episode is just a reminder if you needed it that you are not alone in your struggles. We all hurt. We all have challenges and it is important to have role models who show us their humanity.

I am offering coaching to people who would like to up-level their lives, and need some support and reassurance that what they experience is not unique to them alone. Your challenges have a specific tone, and there is a path specific to you that others have navigated in similar ways. If you are interested, you can find me at www.juliabernbaum.com. May you get the help and support you need.
