In this time of giving, Andrew sits down with Alex Harris, the executive chef of Emma\u2019s Torch, a not-for-profit Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, restaurant and school that teaches refugees English language and culinary skills in a fully functioning restaurant, then helps place them in jobs.
