In the second of a two part series of America Adapts, Doug Parsons and Tulane Professor, \\xa0Dr. Jesse Keenan \\xa0complete their assessment of the Federal Climate Adaptation Plans. \\xa0Jesse discusses the strengths and weaknesses of the remaining federal agencies\\u2019 plans. We also discuss National Adaptation Plans and the need for the United States to have one. Currently the U.S. is the only G20 country without a national plan.
